With the purchase of a ticket, the visitor accepts the following house rules:

In case that the realization of the event becomes impossible due to causes for which the promoter is not liable, the ticket price will be refunded upon representation of the original ticket. Guarantee claims against the promoter do only exist, if the ticket has been purchased from an authorized ticket agency. In case of cancelations by any artists, the promoter will use their best endeavors to provide decent replacement. A refund of the ticket price relating to cancelations by single artists is contractually excluded.

The right at the own picture:

With the purchase of a ticket, the visitor transfers the right at the own picture to the promoter for the duration of the festival. This includes all emerging  copyrights. The promoter has the exclusive right to assign any photographer or professional film production team to record the event and its visitors and to publish any emerging results without temporal, regional or conceptual limitations.

Travel to and from; parking fees:

The visitors are to organize their own travel to and from the event self-reliantly and park their cars at owner's risk. The promoter is not liable for any damages that may occur on any vehicles.  For the arrival with a private vehicle, the purchase of a  parking ticket is neccessary (except for motorbikes). The parking ticket should be affixed on the inside left corner of the windscreen so that it is clearly visible. The parking fees are 5 € per car and 10 € per caravan each day (combi-tickets Thur thru Sun are 15/30 €). When leaving the premises, the parking ticket loses validity.

Camping:

Camping is included in the Three-Day-Combi-Tickets. The Campgrounds are accessible starting 2.00 pm Thursday, Aug 6, 2009 and must be cleared by 2.00 pm Monday, Aug 10, 2009. Setting up tents is permitted within the assigned areas only. A tent pitch will be assigned to you by our personnel. Entering the adjoining premises is strictly prohibited. 

Admission controlls at the campground:

At the entrance of the campground, the security personnel will scan your luggage for any dangerous or forbidden items (such as glass, barbecues, gas containers, weapons etc.).  At the cash box, your ticket will be devaluated and you will receive a wristband which grants admission to the festival infield during opening hours. 

Bringing along food and drinks:

When you first arrive at the festival premises, you are allowed to bring food and drinks "as much as you can carry" onto the campground.  The festival promoter reserves the right to either refuse admission to visitors who are carrying along any illegal substances or forbidden items or to confess thes substances/items.

Waste:

Please help us protecting the environment! For the purpose of preventing litter-pollution, a deposit of 5 € is includesd in the ticket price. At the entrance, you will receive a garbage bag and a deposit token. When you return a full garbage bag with the token, the 5 € will be refunded. Please don't bring any pieces of furniture or bulk waste with you! These items are prohibitted and bringing them will lead to the refusal of admission.

Barbecue and open flames:

The unauthorized building of fires as well as any other sort of open flames (including barbecues) are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN due to the danger of forest fires and tro prevent the grasslands from damages. We will set up guided berbecues where you can prepare your own foodl. Here you will also be able to buy culinary grill items at affordable prices. Barbecues and charcole (or gas) will be provided at promoter's costs. The guarded barbecues will be run from 11.00 am to 9.00 pm , on Friday, Satturday and Sunday. If you illegally put up a fire or barbecue, you will be excluded from the festival. 

Admission controlls at the festival infield:

Please prepare to show your wristbands. For security reasons and in order to prevent litter-pollution, a  security check will be carried out by the security service personnel. FORBIDDEN ITEMS: glas, weapons of any kind, torches, pyrotechnical items as well as any other dangerous or heavy items, food, alcoholic beverages, professional photo and video cameras, sound recorders of any kind (exceptions: small digital cameras and mobil phones). You are allowed to bring along non-alcoholic beverages up to one liter per person in open tetrapaks. 

Violating these rules may lead to the exclusion from the event.

Children

Events like our rock festival are inappropriate for children under 8. We strongly advise against bringing children younger than 8. Children under 12 accompanied by their parents will be granted free admission.

Protection of minors:

Naturally, the German regulations for the protection of minors in public spaces do apply to our festival (Gesetz zum Schutze der Jugend in der Öffentlichkeit), including all restrictions concerning the consumption of alcohol. Minors under the age of 16 can only be granted admission when they are either accompanied by a person in charge of care and custody of the minor or by someone who has been appointed by a person in charge of care and custody of the minor. Minors between the age of 16 and 18 need a written permission by a person in charge of care and custody of the minor, in order to be granted admission. Without a written and signed permission, they would have to leave the festival premises by 24.00 o'clock. A standard form will be published for download RIGHT HERE in advance of the festival. Please make sure that the accompanying person carries the filled out form with them and is able to identify themselves. The person accompanying the minor must be capable of supervising the minor at all times during the festival and to assure a safe journey home for the minor.

Drugs and alcohol:

The German Narcotics Law clearly defines illegal substances, which naturally are illegal to be brought to the festival premises. Alcohol should be consumed moderately, especially at hot midsummer temperatures. Not only because of that, but also for your own safety we strongly advize you to take care of one another and to make sure that your driver stays sober.

Animals:

Dogs and animals in general are prohibited on the whole festival premises (infield as well as campground).

Security service personnel:

The instructions of the security service personnel are to be followed. The security personnel have the right to exclude visitors from the event upon good cause shown, especially in case a visitor commits a crime on the festival grounds (e.g. bodily harm, theft, drug dealing).  In case that the promoter exercizes his right to exclude visitors, the ticket/wristband loses validity. Any claim to be refunded the ticket price is excluded in such a case. Any commited crime will be reported to the police.

Political radicalism:

We don't want Nazis at our festival! Political rdicalism or unconstitutional utterances and symbols are not only illegitimate but also unwanted. The promoter will not tolerate any such things! Offenses will be reported to the police and will result in the exclusion from the festival.

Liability of the promoter:

The promoter is liable for any damage to property or health only if intention or gross negligence is verifiable to the promoter or any of his assistants or if the legal duty to maintain safety has been verifiably violated. The promoter is not liable for any items stolen from tents. We explicitely want to point out that there is an increased risk of auditory defects or other health damages at rock concerts and we strongly advize you to wear protections (ear plugs). The promoter is not liable for any health damages caused by the increased volume.
